「同世代って、なんか気を使う」。初めは壁があったけど、同じ時間を過ごすうち自然と仲良くなりました。
岡林：仲良くなったきっかけは、私のオリエンテーション係（教育係）についてくれたことが大きいよね。休憩時間におしゃべりして、ぐっと距離が近づいて。「今度、ドコドコに一緒に行きましょう！」ってよく誘ってくれたよね。
斎藤：誘っていましたね！天王寺にパンケーキを食べに行ったり、近くのスーパー銭湯に行ったり、家で鍋パーティーしたり。
岡林：前の職場が、30、40代の先輩ばかりだったから、初めは「同世代って気を使う･･･」って思っていたなぁ。
斎藤：そうそう！なんか壁があるなーって思っていました。でも気にせず誘い続けたり、誕生日とかバレンタインにプレゼントを贈ったりしてるうちに仲良くなれましたよね。
仕事とプライベート。いろんなことを相談し、アイデアを出し合いながら楽しみ、助け合える関係に。
斎藤：いつも、LINEでいろいろ相談にのってもらえるので助かっています。
岡林：お互いにね。仕事のことも、プライベートのことも。「そこは、こうじゃない？」って教えあったりね。
斎藤：仕事面では、自分がいない時のことも教えてくれるので情報共有がしやすくなりました。あと、岡林さんがユニットリーダーになってからは体制面のこととかも相談しやすくなりましたね。
岡林：本当に、みんなに助けられているなって思う。毎日いろいろあるけど、息抜きしながら一緒に頑張っていきたいね。
